摘要
An efficient synthesis of the selective H-4 receptor agonist 4-methylhistamine is described. This approach can be used to prepare, without purification steps and in high yield, significant quantities of the product, useful as pharmacological tool to investigate the physiological roles of the histamine H-4 receptor.
