Local charge-carrier trapping centers in C60 single crystals

摘要
The energy spectrum of local charge-carrier trapping centers in C-60 single crystals is studied in terms of the theory of space-charge-limited currents in the Gaussian approximation. The energy distribution of these centers in the energy gap is found, and the type and parameters of this distribution are determined.
