In this study, we are reporting the synthesis, structural characterization and dielectric studies of Ba1-xSrxTiO3 (x=0.65, 0.7, 0.75 & 0.8) ceramic sample prepared by traditional solid state reaction method. The processing limitations are optimized to obtain synthesis condition. This synthesizing temperature is much lower than that required by traditional solid state reaction method. The XRD patterns recorded for the perovskite structures are carried out using scherrer's equations and the structural morphology of the prepared samples are studied under SEM. The response of dielectric constant and dielectric loss are studied to obtain precise dielectric frequency spectrum. The calculated results are compared with experimental data on BST. The dielectric properties of materials in a wide range of frequency (1 kHz - 1MHz) at room temperature showed that these properties are strongly frequency dependent.
