Laser detection of CO2 concentration in human breath at various diseases

摘要
Absorption spectra of human breath in 10 mu m region were recorded by the use of intracavity laser photo-acoustic gas analyzer based on tunable waveguide CO2 laser. Healthy persons and patients with various diseases were studied. For determination of CO2 concentration in exhalation samples gas analyzer was calibrated by reference gaseous mixture CO2-N-2. It was obtained that CO2 concentration values in human breath of healthy persons are greater than that of patients with various diseases.
