An Unusual Orbital Localization of Wegener Granulomatosis Detected by 18F-FDG PET/CT

摘要：
We report a case of a 61-year-old male patient affected by Wegener granulomatosis and left exophthalmos who underwent F-18-FDG PET/CT during follow-up for rectal cancer. The study was negative for secondary lesions but revealed high uptake at the left orbital mass consistent with Wegener granulomatosis.
