摘要
By combining the series solution and the finite element method, the paper emphatically analyzed the initial buckling characteristic and its application problem of the composite laminates. After mutual corroboration, it obtains the semi-empirical formula of the convergence number when using the series solution, determines the relationship of the most effective finite element mesh size and the half-wave number. What's more, it analyzed the influence of boundary conditions on the buckling eigenvalue. Finally, the paper achieves the most efficient and accurate method for stability analysis with coarse grid and guides how to generate the best mesh for engineering application.
