Co-ferrite nanoparticle fabricated by sol-gel method

摘要
The size of 20 nmsimilar to30 nm Co ferrite nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel process using Fe(NO3)(3).9H(2)O and Co(NO3)(3).6H(2)O as raw materials. The size of the ferrite deceasing with the increasing pH of the solution. The shape and performance of the ferrite were measured by XRD, SEM and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer. The ferrite nanoparticles have the perfectly sintering performance at a low temperature below the normal size ferrite and a good magnetic property. The magnetostriction of the ferrite ceramic is 1.3 x 10(4).
