摘要：
By analyzing the micro-mechanism of R&D cooperation of R&D alliance enterprises, this article explores the influencing factors for the performance of R&D alliance enterprise's R&D cooperation from four aspects: technical resource intensity of partners, organization ability of enterprises, bulwark properties of technical knowledge and harmonization level between partners. By introducing the structural equation model (SEM) and analyzing the survey data of 125 enterprises, it demonstrates the relationship between four factors mentioned above and finally gives several suggestions to improve the performance of R&D cooperation between enterprises.
