摘要
The online shopping has become a regular way of shopping, enterprises should conduct in-depth mining of online shopping customers' knowledge, and build customer knowledge base, so as to better meet customers' needs. This paper constructs online shopping customers' knowledge ontology model, and studies the knowledge representation based on the protege environment.
