摘要
This article, considering the mechanical characteristic of wind turbine (WT), presents a nonlinear adaptive control strategy which is developed based on a two-mass model. Meanwhile, the nonlinear controller, applying backstepping adaptive approach based on virtual parameters, contributes to eliminate the undesirable effects of parametric uncertainties and stochastic disturbance. Moreover, the controller makes the rotor speed track the optimum value exactly by regulating the generator torque. The effectiveness of the proposed controller design methodology is finally demonstrated through numerical simulations.
