摘要
Polysaccharide fractions were isolated from fruiting bodies of wild wood-decay fungi (Phellinus ribis, Phellinus tuberculosus, Phellinus chrysoloma, Laetiporus sulphurous and Piptoporus betulinus) by sequential extraction with cold and hot water and with cold 1 M NaOH. Structure and composition of the obtained polysaccharides were analysed by spectroscopic and chromatographic methods. According to sugar analyses, the polysaccharides described were mainly composed of glucose. Some fractions contain also galactose, mannose, glucosamine and/or other sugars. The major glycosidic linkages were 1 -> 3-Glc; 1 -> 4-Glc and 1 -> 6-Glc, while some fractions also contained 1 -> 4-GlcN and 1 -> 6-Gal.
