摘要：
Reviewing previous research has shown agreement that the handicapped face several problems. Because there are particularly few studies in developing countries such as the UAE, the present study aims to investigate problems of handicapped people in the UAE with regard to several variables, which are sex, cause of handicap, parental status, type of handicap and level of family income.
