摘要：

A capillary zone electrophoresis method for the separation of nitroaniline isomers was described. The positional isomers of nitroaniline were separated well in less than 15 min by using the buffer of extreme pH. The influence of buffer media, concentration and pH, operation voltage, and temperature were investigated. The linear range, regression equation and the recovery were given. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
