摘要：
In summary, the need for rapid and simple drug resistance assays is becoming more critical as drug resistance testing is increasingly integrated into patient management. Such assays may also provide a rational approach for resistance testing in resource-poor settings where the use of antiretroviral drugs is expected to increase in the near future. © Oxford University Press 2001.
