摘要
Rutherford backscattering and nuclear reactions are used to study the concentration profiles of elements in oxidized samples of lead selenide (PbSe). An interpretation of experimental data in the context of the theory of diffusion over the grain boundaries is suggested. (C) 2004 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
