摘要:
A nonlinear Preisach model is introduced to realize the calculation of static hysteresis loss, and a prediction calculation method for the loss of soft magnetic materials under sinusoidal excitation is proposed based on loss separation, which effectively improves the calculation accuracy of the total loss model. The TD-8220 soft magnetic DC measurement system is used to extract the related parameters based on the first-order and second- order reversal curve of silicon steel sheet and nanocrystalline under DC static magnetic field, and to identify the dynamic distribution function of the nonlinear model, so as to propose a more accurate loss calculation method for soft magnetic materials. Comparing the predicted value and experimental data of the total losses of soft magnetic materials at working frequency, the two values are in good agreement, which shows the effectiveness and generality of the proposed method.
