Experimental study of ultra-wideband low sidelobe reflector antenna with shaped beam

摘要
The experimental study of ultra-wideband low sidelobe reflector antenna with shaped beam is presented in this paper. The results show that the antenna has excellent electric performances in S-band with bandwidth greater than 25%; the average of peak sidelobes in the horizontal plane and VSWR are less than -31 dB and 1.23 respectively In the vertical plane the patterns have super-csc(2)theta type. Besides, it has favorable performances even over frequency range.
