摘要：

The ethoxylation of ethylenediamine and piperazine was studied in the temperature range 343 - 363 K in the presence of 0 - 10 % water. Kinetic parameters of all reactions occurring in the system and, a factor describing the water effect on the rate of the reactions are given. No formation of quaternary bases was observed.
