摘要：

The current Chinese medical and health information system has developed into the "people-oriented" regional medical information field. The traditional medical industry is facing increasing pressure. The existing medical environment inevitably produces many health needs that cannot meet the health needs of the Chinese people. Mobile health system refers to the provision of health service information through the use of mobile communication technologies, such as mobile phones, PDAs or satellite communications. In the field of mobile Internet, medical and health applications based on mobile terminal systems such as Android, iOS and Windows Phone are the mainstay. This paper designs a smart outpatient nursing service platform based on Java Web technology, and verifies the feasibility of the system through system construction and actual testing.
