摘要：

The article is devoted to prevention of repetitive ischemic noncardioembolic stroke. It contains detailed consideration of evidence base and statements of clinical recommendations on antihypertensive, hypolipidemic, and antiplatelet therapy for prevention of recurrent stroke and cardiovascular complications. Clinical case illustrating application of these statements is also presented.
