摘要：

The paper analyzes the origin of innovation culture as well as the hierarchies and elements of corporate innovation Culture, and establishes the structural system of innovation culture. Based on the understanding on current international and domestic situations confronting Chinese enterprise development and the analysis on action mechanism of corporate innovation culture, cultivating innovation culture, facilitating innovation activities and accelerating enterprise upgrading and renewing is considered as the key to realizing the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises. In the opinion of the paper, for cultivating innovation culture, both enterprise and government functions should be brought into play on the basis of comprehensive understanding of Chinese traditional culture.
