VISCOELASTIC PROPERTIES OF SILICONE RUBBER WITH ADDITION OF CARBON NANOTUBES

摘要
Changes in the dynamic viscoelastic properties of silicone rubber with addition of a small fraction (0.05 and 0.10%) of single-walled carbon nanotubes are under study. Elastic modulus and loss factor in the linear deformation region are measured. It is revealed that, with the addition of nanotubes and the aging of materials, the elastic modulus increases and the loss factor may either increase or decrease.
