摘要
From the development of Constructive Learning and Collaborative Learning we may find more attention have been paid to the need of Individualized teaming. However, they do not master the meaning of Individualized Learning. Most Web-based Distance education developed so far has focused an either objective instruction or construction collaborative teaming. We consider that Individualized teaming should hare both types to compensate for the defects of each type, We consider Individualized Learning can be described as "Learning environment that can provide different contents, apply different instructional medium achieve different instruction goals according to the learning style and prior knowledge level of different learners." The paper puts forward personal IWBIS (Integrated Web-Based Instruction Environment). The environment integrates information and instructional medium, the latter will integrate two aspects: Objective teaming & Constructive teaming Individual teaming & Collaborative teaming, On the base of theory, it concretely analyzes the design and implement action of such a system.
