摘要
Thermostatic water bath is one of key part of gravity-capillary visco meters, and its temperature control is a key technology of visco meters. Thermostatic water bath is a complex systems of nonlinear, hysteresis and difficult to model. For the larger overshoot in the process with PID controller, the fuzzy control theory is proposed to improve the performance. Considering these, using the SIMULINK simulation software, the simulation model is established and the hardware structure is designed. The simulation and test result show that separated integral PD and Fuzzy-PID controller has a quicker advantages response, smaller overshoot and stable performance.
