摘要
a This paper presents partial results of the research of small mammals. It introduces with the species diversity and abundance of this group in the Czech part of Silesia in the Petrovice u Karvine. It states differences in numbers between the observed species and the abundance of small mammals by habitats. Small mammals are collecting traps on eight lines (3 fields, 3 woods, meadow, poplar plantation). Research began in the summer of 2011 and will be finished in the summer 2013th. This method has been found the occurrence of 954 individuals, five species of rodents (Clethrionomys glareolus, Microtus arvalis, Apodemus agrarius, A. sylvaticus, A. flavicollis) and two species of insectivores (Sorex araneus, Neomys fodiens). The most abundant species is A. agrarius. In this locality were also observed: Talpa europaea, Neomys anomalus, Rattus norvegicus, Arvicola terrestris, Mus musculus. Comparison of abundance of small mammals between 2011 and 2012 showed the gradation of the population in 2012.
