摘要
In 2005 we carried out a research focused on the eating habits and knowledge in the area of nourishment of a selected group of pupils in the second school year at elementary school in Bystrian. Through a detail analysis we have discovered that gender, social state or age did not statistically have any influence on BMI (Mann-Whitneyho U-test). Nevertheless we have found out a statistically significant correlation between the eating habits and the knowledge of the correspondents (P=0,01), which is a really valuable discovery. Based on this we can build the importance of influence in education concerning healthy eating and lifestyle. There was no visible influence on eating habits related to age or gender, however statistically important influence of social situation was revealed (P=0,01276).
