摘要
Acid mine drainage (AMD) is an important aspect of mine security and environmental protection. This paper considers Si Tai mine, located in Datong in Shan xi province, as an example. The hydrogeological conditions of formation of AMD have been analyzed and pyrite distribution and sulfur content in different coal seams also have been analyzed. At the same time, mechanics of formation of AMD is analyzed and discussed. Finally, some measurements are given.
