摘要
Influence of donor (Ba) and acceptor (Ni) dopants on structure, microstructure, dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3 ceramics have been studied. Dielectric parameters and effective d(33) piezoelectric coefficients changes were observed depending on solid solutions compositions.
