摘要
Time interleaved analog-to-digital convertor (MD() system is widely used in high-speed data acquisition occasions. Mismatches are inevitably brought in this kind of parallel sampling system and studied by numbers of researchers. In this paper, a simple one-dimensional optimization method of classical success-fa ilure strategy is improved to adjust parameter values in calibration procedure adaptively. The cost function of self-adaptive calibration is constructed based on the difference of the ideal sample data and real sample data. In order to synchronize the two types of sample data, trigger is used. Simulation has shown that when an 8-bit TIADC system is calibrated by proposed method, the spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) enhances from 51.1768dB to 75.4267dB, which verifies the effectiveness and simplicity ofproposed method.
