摘要
Three different synthetic routes to obtain a gable-like bis(porphyrin) are described. The two porphyrins are covalently linked to a 2,9-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline chelate. One way to gain access to the bis(porphyrin) relies on the simultaneous construction of two porphyrins on a 2,9-bis(para-formylphenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline, whereas the other two are based on Suzuki cross-coupling reactions between a presynthesised porphyrin and an appropriate phenanthroline derivative.
