摘要
PCBs is the key central components of electronic equipment and it is presented in almost of all types of electronic wastes, such as cell phone. Pcb from discarded cell phone are secondary source due to several precious metals presented in it. By recovering precious metal such as gold from e-waste it can protect the environment from greenhouse effect, and can preserve the natural resources. in past decade, cyanidation leaching was the method applied for recovery of gold. However, it is a toxic chemical and need special handling. therefore, thiourea is used as an alternative for extraction of gold from ores. This studied was carried out by using liquid liquid extraction with mole ratio 1: 2, which are from aqueous to organic, to extract gold from thiourea solution and d2ehpa act as an extractant. the extraction of gold was highest in ph 1 because the reaction favor to the right with agitation speed at 150 rpm. The extraction of gold was done at the ph 1, agitation speed at 150 rpm and the mole ratio is 1:2. By using aas, results shows that the percent extraction of gold in organic phase is 91.5%. In other hand, ftir analysis shows the p=o bond stretching vibration at 1230 cm(-1) in D2EHPA is shifted to lower frequency at 1201 cm(-1).
