摘要
The concern with organizational and psychosocial factors and their relation to occupational health is not new. The importance and wider recognition, acquired in recent years as a result of major changes in organizations and processes-globalization-has point out consequences of psychosocial risks in the health of workers. This article aims to present the design of a study that is part of an assessment project on the determinants of psychosocial risks in health and education organizations. It is expected from its application to collect data that allow the organizations' heads of human resources to design and implement preventive measures regarding the workplaces. Also contributing to fulfill legal requirements about consulting and obtaining the involvement of workers in what concerns the discussion of issues related to Safety and Security at Work, and allows, through the use of relevant and comparable data, the design of new work policies.
