摘要
While the atomic clock is the primary frequency source, the key parameters of accessories, accuracy and stability of its output signal have great influence on the signal indicators of the time and frequency subsystem. However, in the long-term operation of atomic clock, because of environment temperature, humidity, electromagnetic interference, vibration and aging, the output signal parameters can be changed slowly or suddenly. Therefore, an analysis and monitoring system of atomic clock must be established to guarantee the normal, stable and reliable operation of the time and frequency subsystem. With the compass timing-based user machine, time interval measuring instrument (SR620), the program of atomic clock operation monitoring and the software of data processing, the system is constructed. By the system, accuracy calculation, stability calculation, drifting calculation, compare of key parameter and second alarm display of atomic clock can be accomplished. It not only can be used to detect sudden failure of atomic clock, but also can be used to alarm for the parameter by the configurable threshold.At last, domestic atomic clocks are used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
