摘要
The paper discusses the management of the facility - energy management in historic buildings. It deals with the thermal characteristics of historic buildings, heating systems, ventilation or air conditioning. Historic buildings have over conventional buildings weaker position in achieving energy efficiency, since they are subject Monuments Act, which often limits the use of quality systems, or systems of renewable heat.
