摘要：

In the title molecule, C25H20N3O2P, the dihedral angle between the mean planes of the benzotriazol ring system and the N-bonded benzene ring is 45.8 (2)degrees. All but one of the angles at the P atom show slight distortions from an ideal tetrahedral geometry.
