摘要
An organization that desires to thrive must be in continuous change as a response to the significant evolutions of the environment, such as the change of the clients' needs, the technical advancement and the new government's regulations. The study done in the article was based on the management of the organizations. In this respect, were chosen for case study two hotels of four stars one in Bucharest and one in Timisoara. The used diagnostic tools were: the documentary analysis, the observation, the completion of some questionnaires, and the work in group so that to capture the image of the driver. The article deals both with the importance of management within an organization in the context of globalization, decisions, control and with the issue of ethics in business which is in fact the conflict between the economic performances of the company, measured in revenues, costs, profits or debts and its social performances.
