摘要：
According to the analysis of the logistics of agricultural products characteristics and existing problems, and combining with the study of the intension, characteristics, connection of agricultural products supply chain management, this paper propose the agricultural products logistics supply chain management mode based on information technology. It provides the foundation for the establishment of the agricultural products logistics supply chain management system, and elaborates system building ideologically, model and the main function in detail.
