摘要
Highly transparent and conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):p-toluene sulfonate (PEDOT:PTS) films were prepared by interfacial polymerization using electro spray deposition. Additionally, to enhance the conductivity of the PEDOT:PTS films, they were treated with oxygen plasma at 20W power. The oxygen plasma-treated PEDOT:PTS films exhibited improvements in conductivity and reductions of up to 10% in sheet resistances, relative to untreated films. Their sheet resistances were 130 and 50 Omega/sq for layer thicknesses of 80 and 120 nm, respectively. The improvement in conductivity could be attributed to the newly generated charged domains in PEDOT chains. These results confirm that highly conductive PEDOT:PTS films can potentially be used as organic transparent electrodes. (C) 2014 The Japan Society of Applied Physics
