摘要
Effect of organic nutriment concentration levels on growth rate and activity of activated sludge in MBR was investigated on the conditions of continuous and aerated operation. It is found that the growth behavior of activated sludge is related to the concentration level of organic nutriment added because of effective capture to all kinds of microbe by the membrane, when the organic nutrients is at an appropriate concentration level, the growth rate of activated sludge is so slow that there is no need to dispose the sludge produced newly; however, when at an high level concentration, the fast growth rate of sludge is to result in an membrane fouling quickly. On the other hand, the membrane separation also has an effect oil the activity of activated sludge because of its effective capture to all the noil-biodegraded-and-weight-niolecular organic compounds which is toxic to the activity of all microbe ill Sludge, when the Membrane Bioreactor runs on a long performance of no sludge disposal, the activity of activated sludge is to decrease gradually, therefore, to maintain an high activity of that, it is necessary to discharge some redundant sludge intermittently.
