Innovation Strategy of Zhejiang Enterprises: From the View of Global Value Chain

With the process of economic globalization, the enterprises' participating in economic globalization is not merely a passive response and simple integration, should seize the high-end of global value chains. Zhejiang enterprises integrate the globalize advancement from the beginning of the reform and open policy, after nearly 30 years's development, which are still at the stage of embedding. Based on the theory of global value chain perspective; this article analyzes the current innovative situation and shortcomings of traditional mode of innovation in Zhejiang enterprises. This paper proposes Zhejiang enterprises should focus on upgrading their position in the global value chain as the target, actively implement the Processes upgrading strategy, Product upgrading strategy, Function upgrading strategy and Chain upgrading strategy of the global value chain innovation strategy model, and realize the transition of Zhejiang enterprises from "stage of inserting the global value chain" to "stage of controlling the global value chain".
