摘要
The self-assembled virus-membrane complexes were investigated. These complexes have pore sizes that are about ten times larger in area than DNA-membrane complexes, and can be used to package and organize large functional molecules. Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) measurements were used to monitor the structure of the M13 virus. Diffraction data were recorded using a Roper Scientific direct-detection CCD.
