Orthogonal polynomials in C-n

We study orthogonal polynomials in C-n following the one-variable approach of H. Stahl and V. Totik in their book ''General Orthogonal Polynomials.'' We define the concept for a finite, positive, Borel measure mu on C-n to have regular asymptotic distribution (denoted mu epsilon Reg). We show that if supp(mu) is regular (in the sense of pluripotential theory) then mu epsilon Reg is equivalent to mu satisfying the Bernstein-Markov inequality. We also show that, in this case, a sufficient condition that mu satisfies the Bernstein-Markov inequality is that it be ''dense'' at a set of points of full capacity in its support. This yields new classes of measures satisfying the Bernstein-Markov inequality.
