摘要
The titanium alloy microare oxidation film produced in various electrolytes were analysed. The results indicate that the films are porous TiO2 consisting of rutile and anatase contained Ca+ and P+ ions. The Ca and P distribution in the film decreases gradually from surface to interior and the film's Ca/P ratio is proportional to that of the electrolyte solution. Under constant voltage,, the porosity is almost constant. But the pore size of the surface increases with the increase of the voltage. Initially rapid, the growth rate of the film decreases gradually with time. This porous Ca+ and P+ containing film is conducive to the attachment and growth of bone cells.
