摘要
A spectrometer consisting of thermoluminescence detectors (TLDs) placed in a stack of different absorbers is used to determine the absolute fluence and energy distribution (spectrum) in both, continuous and pulsed photon radiation fields. Spectra can reliably be determined in the energy range between a few keV and several MeV: if the measurement is taken in vacuum, the upper energy limit rises to about 100MeV. The maximal deviation of the mean energy and absolute fluence (and hence the absolute dose) from the correct values is about 10% and 20%, respectively.
