摘要
The temperature field in the fermentation-extraction-distillation coupling (FEDC) device for biobutanol production was studied. Results showed that the lower the position of the solution was, the lower the temperature. The fermentation broth and the lower part of the extracted liquid could maintain a low temperature while the upper part of the extracted liquid was maintaining a high temperature. Gas stirring had a strong effect on the temperature field, but it was achievable to ensure the fermentation broth at a low temperature when a suitable gas stirring velocity was applied. It indicated that the FEDC process was achievable from the point of the temperature field. In addition, the mass transfer mechanism and impetus of the FEDC process was analyzed.
