摘要
Modification of spherical graphite as anode materials for Lithium-ion batteries was conducted by a simple method using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and solid coating. Characterization of the spherical graphite sample was conducted by constant-current charge/discharge cycle tests, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The best results can be obtained by heating the sample in nitrogen at 900 degrees C for 2h. It is demonstrated that the modified graphite have excellent optimum reversible capacity owing to the modifcation, which showed 320mAh/g after 20th cycle. Copyright Form of EVS25.
