摘要
Aiming at the contradiction between the transportation cost and the transportation time and the speed of response in the railway logistics enterprises, the paper studies the transportation problem with time constraint, uses dynamic service network methods to solve the railway transport enterprises operate strategy, and achieves the optimal allocation of transport capacity of railway transport enterprises and effective. Based on the analysis of transport service organization strategy and its benefits, this paper constructs a multi-mode transportation model which considers the transportation time window. The model of service design for efficient freight transport. Based on the characteristics of the model, a local improved heuristic algorithm with plus and minus edges is designed. An example shows that the algorithm is feasible.
