摘要：

The paper presents approach towards Knowledge-based Enterprise (KBE) modeling framework development. The concept of KBE model is based on control view, and modified IT Strategic Alignment Model and modified Porter's Value Chain model (VCM). The Knowledge base together with explicitly defined knowledge management activity is concerned as the major component of the knowledge-based Enterprise. Knowledge management layer is incorporated to Enterprise management and control framework. Knowledge-based Enterprise framework is represented as multilevel management structure. Derived knowledge structure forms the background for the development of the Enterprise knowledge base.
