摘要
To meet severe emission controls and achieve low fuel consumption and high power, we have developed the 1KD-FTV engine, which is a new 3.01 direct injection diesel engine with common-rail system and variable nozzle turbocharger. Direct injection engines are generally noisier than in direct injection engines. To reduce noise and vibration of 1KD-FTV, we devised countermeasures such as high stiffness power plant structure and pilot injection optimization.
