Ru-doped La0.7(Ba-Ca)0.3MnO3 thin films:: unexpected ferromagnetic insulating phase and positive magnetoresistance

摘要
Physical properties of La0.7BaxCa0.3-xMn1-yRuyO3 thin films have been investigated. While La-Ba-Ca-Mn-O films have rather high T-C, Ru-doped samples have much lower T-C. La0.7Ba0.1Ca0.2Mn0.9Ru0.1O3 films show very anomalous behaviors: a ferromagnetic insulating phase between 75 and 190 K, and a positive magnetoresistance below insulator-to-metal transition temperature were observed.
